ABOUT US

Costa Performance was founded by Cassiano and Jamie during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the importance of elite athletes staying fit in mind, Costa Performance was established to provide athletes in the South Florida area with a safe place equipped with all the necessary equipment and expert coaches to help them train and stay prepared for competition once the pandemic ended.

Over time, Costa Performance has evolved into the Elite Performance center that we know today, offering a professional and enjoyable environment for athletes to engage in their strength and conditioning training and recovery. Additionally, we now offer virtual programs to accommodate those who frequently travel or are not based in South Florida.

As Costa Performance continues to expand, our mission is to reach as many aspiring elite athletes as possible, sharing our values and knowledge while supporting athletes in their relentless pursuit of their dreams.
